Our Sports program provides young students with a fun, active, and engaging introduction to a variety of sports and movement-based activities. In a supportive, low-pressure environment, students build athletic skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship while staying active and learning through play.
Play and practice sports such as soccer and basketball
Participate in running, jumping, throwing, and catching activities
Engage in structured drills, small-group games, and free play
Explore real-game situations that encourage teamwork and decision-making
Each session combines movement, skill development, and active participation to keep students engaged and motivated. Activities include:
Warm-up exercises such as stretching, jogging, agility drills, and movement games
Coordination, endurance, and injury-prevention activities
Skill practice including dribbling, passing, shooting, throwing, and catching
Games and free play that allow students to apply new skills in a fun setting
